This Shipping and Return Policy is incorporated into and is subject to SoapBasketBoutique.com (the “Site”)’s Terms and Conditions.  Your use of the Site and any request for purchases or services you made on the Site remains subject to the terms of this Shipping and Return Policy and our Terms and Conditions .

1. Returns

Any unopened items can be returned for any reason within 7 days of receipt. No opened or used items will be accepted for return. No items that were received as a gift will be accepted for return. The original and return shipping and handling fees will not be refunded (except for misship items, where return shipping and handling fees will be refunded). For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post. Upon receipt of the unopened item, we will then issue to you a refund via your original mode of payment (credit card, PayPal®, money order, check etc.) the cost of the item, minus a 20% restocking charge, or in event of misship items, ship to you the correct items, with shipping and handling fees for the correct items to be free of charge.

To request a return, the customer must inform our Customer Service Care Center within 7 days of receipt. Please call our Customer Service Care Center at 1-877-939-SOAP (7627) where you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”). RAN must be included in the return package or the item will be discarded and no refund will be processed.  All items for return must be returned in their original wrapping, together with the receipt, to the shipping location assigned by the Customer Service Care Center.

2. Cancellation and/or Changing of Orders

You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  We will make our best effort to cancel or change your order provided that such request is made within 24 hours of initial purchase request. In the event that the order is already dispatched, a 20% restocking charge will apply. The original and return shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

3.  Damaged Items

If you see that your package is damaged in delivery, you have the option to refuse delivery. Please note, you must state the cause of refusal on the delivery receipt to expedite the process.

Included in your payment is a precalculated fee for shipping, which we calculate utilizing a software that individually calculates the real-time shipping cost per transaction considering each distributors or merchants and your address.

Shipping Times

Our merchants and distributors agree to ship within 2 business days of your purchase. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below.

* Standard U.S.: 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days)

* Expedited U.S.: 2 to 6 business days after shipping

* Two-Day U.S.: 2 business days after shipping

* One-Day U.S.: 1 business day after shipping

Shipping times are not guaranteed and the actual performance varies by distributors and merchants.
